Job Responsibilities:

1.The management trainee program includes rotations in operations, business development, and functional roles. It involves intensive onboarding training to learn the fundamentals of the company's various business areas and acquire proficiency in them.

2.Familiarize oneself with the processes involved in different aspects of the company's internal operations and be able to apply them effectively.

3.Understand the responsibilities of different departments within the company and facilitate smooth coordination and communication between them.

Basic Requirements:

1.Full-time undergraduate degree or above, preferably in fields such as advertising, economics, marketing, communications, English (minor languages), or STEM-related disciplines.

2.Strong interest in user analysis, with knowledge in marketing and campaign optimization being advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collect and analyze market information, including WeChat groups, rankings, etc., in the internet and gaming industries to identify potential clients.

2.Conduct presentations to clients, answer their questions and provide consultation on product knowledge, establish good interactive relationships with clients, and ensure continuity of customer service.

3.Identify deep-level needs of B-end clients, coordinate with the Sales Support team to provide project proposals that meet high requirements.

4.Establish and improve business data business intelligence (BI) and enhance client segmentation management system.

5.Achieve sales targets according to the plan.

Job Requirements:

1.Responsible for the optimization and management of advertising placement on platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Huawei.

2.Design and implement advertising placement strategies and continuously optimize advertising ROI.

3.Utilize market insights, data analysis, and other methods to optimize advertising and achieve advertising placement goals.

4.Monitor and analyze advertising data, propose optimization plans for advertising placement.

5.Collaborate with various advertising platforms to understand and learn new technologies and trends.

Job Requirements:

2.Assist solution experts in preparing pre-sales solution materials and collaborate to provide high-quality solutions to clients.

4.Record and summarize minutes of customer requirement communication meetings.

Job Requirements:
